The first track I recorded in my home Studio in Dubai.

The song was written a while back ( around 2001/2002) and deals with the contradictions we face in our everyday life.
Mr Nasser Shibani, my friend and early musical mentor, helped in writing the music. he used to teach me that intro/verse arpeggio on the guitar and I developed the song around it.

An acoustic track with just guitars and vocals. It has one of my favourite lead guitar work. Very surreal

I also adore the photo ( taken by my brother-in- law, Saad). Notice the small plane( I think) on the bottom-left of the cloud. To me it truly captures a moment in time

For every rise, there lies a fall
For every run, there lies a crawl
For every peace, there lies a fear
For every smile, there lies a tear

It's hard, to see my friend
(that) All good things, come to (an) end

For every high, there lies a low
For every friend, there lies a foe
For every whisper, there lies a yell
For every heaven, there lies a hell

For every good, there lies a bad
for every happy, there lies a sad
For every truth, there lies a lie
For every live, there lies a die
